It would be cool to have the album cover show up in screen saver mode.

Very easy to do. Simply use Windows screensaver and point the directory to you music library. Go to Control Panel and then select Display, select the tab that says Screensaver. From there, change the type of screensaver to Slide Show. You will be given an option to change the directory. Change it to your music library and set the time it takes for it to activate. You should reduce the size of of picture...it's a setting and select random. One activate, your will have random pictures of appear in different sizes. Should do exactly as want.
